Peer Support

Ever felt like you're climbing a mountain solo? With peer support, you've got a buddy who's trekked those paths before. They're here with a comforting chat, a knowing nod, and a backpack full of insights to make your journey a shared adventure.

What is Peer Support?

Peer support specialists are behavioral health professionals have have lived experience in recovery from behavioral health. This may also include recovery from drug and alcohol use. Each peer support person has their own lived and individual experience of recovery and use their experiences, education and training to provide support to individuals, families and communities.
