Offer Details
As part of our commitment to your health, we have partnered with the city of Goodyear to cover the out-of-pocket expenses for an estimated 300 unduplicated, qualifying Goodyear residents, age 13 and up, to receive evidence-based and trauma-informed mental health services.

Individuals who are either uninsured, underinsured, or otherwise lack the financial means to pay fees such as co-payments and deductibles will be screened for eligibility to receive financial assistance through this program. Depending upon income, financial assistance is limited to a maximum of four to 10 sessions in a 12 month period.
Note: There are additional requirements that must be fulfilled inorder to qualifty for this program. During the clinical screening, the staff will let you know what those requirements are.
