Therapy for Depression

Therapy for PTSD

Intense or emotionally charged experiences may land in our bodies, manifesting as negative symptoms which are collectively referred to as ‘post-traumatic stress disorder’.

 

We offer specialized trauma-informed techniques to mitigate the impact of past trauma, so you can begin to heal and reduce the impact of PTSD symptoms.  

First-Responder Therapy

High-risk professions such as firefighters, military personnel, rescue teams, and doctors require a certain amount of downtime, processing, and regulation to ensure the nervous system has time to rest and repair.

EMDR Therapy
