Linda McCulloch

Mental Health Counseling Intern

Linda is a dedicated Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Adams State University, holding a BA in Psychology from Arizona State University. She aims to focus on individuals navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, complex trauma, and the aftermath of emotional, mental, and/or physical abuse, with a special focus on survivors of narcissistic abuse.

Her practice centers inclusivity and deep support for marginalized populations within a decolonial framework, making conscious the impact of collective oppression. She empowers individuals to free themselves from self-blaming tendencies by cultivating awareness of systemic harm. Linda’s approach combines shadow work and spirituality, with a trauma-informed, relational, culturally conscious lens, bridging individual and collective healing.

Her collaborative approach integrates holistic and somatic practices, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space rooted in warmth and authenticity that guides individuals along their own unique path. Her approach emphasizes deepening a connection to self by trusting our intuition, strengthening our discernment, and allowing these inner guidance systems to lead the way.

Outside of her passion for mental health, she is a devoted mother who loves spending time with her bright, six-year-old son. Also, an extroverted introvert, she enjoys practicing yoga, being in nature, listening to music, watching sunsets, and values presence, spirituality, and life’s simple pleasures.
