Who We Serve
Evidence-Based Therapy in Phoenix
We welcome adults (18+) and transitional-age youth (16–24), with priority access for BIPOC, Indigenous, LGBTQIA+ and Veteran communities. Care is available with AHCCCS, select private plans (Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield), and sliding scale options. (Confirm benefits when scheduling.)

Meet Your Phoenix Care Team
Meet Jordanna and Katrina, your care providers! All services will be delivered by Arizona-licensed master’s level therapists, social workers, peer support specialists, and/or supervised associates and interns. The clinical team is supervised by a licensed independent provider in accordance with ADHS regulations and applicable board requirements. Regular clinical and cultural supervision supports quality of care, staff development, and adherence to best practices.

Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) helps your brain reprocess traumatic memories so they feel less raw and intrusive. Many clients notice fewer flashbacks, less hypervigilance, and more calm in everyday life.
