Dearlynn Bedoni

Project Manager

Dearlynn is Diné (Navajo). She is Naadáá’ Łigai Naaneesht’ézhi Tábąąhá (White Corn Zuni Edge Water), born for Bit’ahnii (Folded Arms). Her maternal grandparents are Táneeszahnii (Red Running Into the Water), and her paternal grandparents are Táchii’nii (Tangle People). These clans anchor her in a lineage of resilience, community, cultural knowledge and values that continue to guide her work and her life.

Her path led her to the University of Arizona, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Special Education. From early on, Dearlynn felt called to serve communities that are often overlooked or underserved. That commitment has shaped her career, where she has built a reputation for thoughtful leadership in program management, community outreach, education, strategic planning, and partnership development. She approaches every project with the belief that meaningful change begins with listening, collaboration, and honoring the strengths already present within a community.

Dearlynn lives in Northern Arizona on the Navajo Nation with her daughters. Home is where she finds balance, whether she’s cooking, traveling, spending time with family, or watching the Arizona sun set across the land she loves. Surrounded by her children, relatives, and animals, she continues to root her work in the values she was raised with; community, connection, and care.
